Refund & cancellation policy

We want you to be sure before you pay, which is why every account starts with a 30-day free trial with all features.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or email. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and it is not renewed after that. Your data is not deleted: the account becomes read-only, and you can export everything.

Refunds

• First payment: if Firmora isn't right for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
• Monthly plans: after the first 7 days, payments are not refundable for the current month.
• Yearly plans: after the first 7 days, you can ask for a refund of the unused full months, minus a 10% processing amount.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent to the same UPI ID or bank account the payment came from, within 7 working days.
